Now up to 20% of the non-renewable resources used in the manufacturing of the foam are replaced by natural soybean oil.
This new formulation utilizes soy-based BiOH® polyols to replace a portion of the petroleum in memory foam. Soy is a renewable resource that reduces dependence on non-renewable resources and leaves a smaller environmental footprint during the production process. BiOH® is a proven technology, developed by Cargill it is currently being used in other furnishings throughout our homes such as seat cushions, bedding and carpet padding.
