Shall I get a firm Mattress because I have a bad back?
Research has shown that the mattress that you sleep on has no influence on back pains, or any back problems that you might have…. The main reason is genetics…… So my recommendation is get a middle of the range silent night mattress … These beds are so comfortable……..
